"Exceptional"

Beautiful, historic building which is spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Amazing location, so close to the Tower and medieval shopping street. Area felt very safe to walk around, day and night. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Air conditioning in the room. Helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would have like would have been a kettle and coffee in the room but there is a fridge which is great for storing cold drinks, probably more useful in the heat, and there is a drinks machine downstairs where hot drinks are only 50cents for half a cup or 1 euro for a full cup.

This is more like a B&B. Small bedroom. No communal lounge. Good situation very close to Leaning tower etc. and restaurants. Very quiet area. Good continental breakfast. Very good value for money. Would happily use again.

Excellent location .Very clean. Pleasant staff. Breakfast adequate but given the price absolutely no complaints. This is very good value, just around the corner from the Duomo & Tower complex.
