Great place. Lovely staff and exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely stay again.

The shower is bad and the room was a bit hot at night. Tried to turn down the radiator but it didn't seem to work.

Jan was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent

Breakfast superb. Hosts exceptionally helpful and courteous. Single room a bit small, but otherwise very clean, comfortable and quiet and ideal for a short 2-night stay.

Everything! Landlady Jan was lovely and was completely in contrrol of everything that went to make our stay so enjoyable.

On arrival at Arden house we were greeted by the owner Jan what a lovely lady .and from there on we had a fantastic stay breakfast time 5 star all the way 😃so don’t delay book today 😃

Warm, comfortable, welcoming, snug. Very good breakfast. Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the Conference Centre. All I would want in somewhere to stay, just right for me. A great find. Very happy: it'll be top of my list when I return.

Bathroom was a little tired
