Arden House

Lovely warm clean comfortable room. Very quiet area with zero disturbance. Close to the town centre, 10 minute walk. Gorgeous breakfast too and lovely hosts.

I found nothing to dislike.

The location is great, close by to basically anything you need in Harrogate and has its own little car park so there’s not too much parking stress - when it’s at capacity the guys at Arden House were able to offer me a parking disc which was fab. The breakfast was amazing - the continental spread was brilliant, with cereal, fresh fruits and yoghurt - hot breakfast was just as good, I especially enjoyed the eggs benedict. They went above and beyond for me as well to place me in a room that i’d get the most quiet as I was on night shifts.

Nothing to note, like I said above their car park can get a little busy but the parking disc was a big help so you can park in any of the disk zones !

Extremely helpful friendly, full of respectful advise about how to travel in the area, breakfast was outstanding, quality bed to sleep in after a good day site seeing, thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was nice and cosy and the food excellent. Fantastic location in the town centre.

Absolutely delicious breakfast, with plenty of options. Jan and Mark were lovely and attentive hosts!

Lovely breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, granola, toast or a cooked breakfast, full English or bacon and eggs. Jan, our host was very helpful in describing local areas of interest. She helped with maps and information about driving and parking.

Shower was quite small. Nice toiletries in bath, lovely linens and comfortable beds. Very homey atmosphere.

Good quality breakfast.

Tiny room. Thin walls able to clearly hear guests next door.

Breakfast was excellent. Good location.
