Jan and Mark are excellent hosts. Everything just as required. Honesty bar is great. Lovely breakfast.

Bit of noise between rooms, but expected as an old property.

The breakfast was fantastic. Fabulous choice and variety. Just perfect for us. However the really outstanding feature, Jan and Mark, are amazing hosts and really lovely people. They gave us fantastic recommendations for food and had loads of time to chat if people wanted to. Exactly what we wished for.

"Great long weekend in Harrogate"

Lovely clean and comfortable property in a great, quiet location. The hosts were so kind and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely recommend this property.

Pillows a little uncomfortable but probably only because our own pillows are very different.

"Great stay in Harrogate"

Great location & very hospitable hosts. It was nice to have that personal touch which is lost when staying in large hotel chains. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of was choice to cater for all tastes & fresh ingredients. Car parking was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Arden House for a stay in Harrogate.
