Breakfast was good. Sauna was excellent

They allow smoking in bottom floor rooms and it’s gross and unhealthy for other guests that have to walk through to their rooms. We were on the second floor and it was coming up through to our rooms. The hotel is a maze and not one I was comfortable having my kids walk around to get to breakfast etc alone.

They didn’t let us know that one waterslide is out of order. We called the front desk prior to booking online to ask pool hours too. We are a family of 6 so we purchased 2 rooms for the night. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Hallways smell like smoke and are hot and stinky. Someone’s vehicle was stolen from the parking lot overnight while we were there.
