Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement au top La chambre est cosy Gros plus pour le petit déjeuner que nous a préparé notre hôte Tout était propre Petit frigo à disposition dans la chambre

Le rideau de la chambre n'est pas occultant donc à 4h la lumière du jour nous a réveillé Il n'y avait pas de Gel douche ni de Shampoing

Leuke straat vlakbij met veel eettentjes. Plus een leuk park met veel jongelui in groepjes op het gras.

Great location with good facilities and a decent breakfast, even catering for gluten free.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and quite narrow.

It was clean and comfortable, what you would expect from a 3 star b&b. It was around a 20 minute walk to the Royal Mile with lots to see on the way. Nice quiet street.

The cooked breakfast was a bit limited.

Stairs up to the room we stayed in first flight of steps ok than a spiral staircase. Also maybe thicker curtains or black out blind because it soon as it gets light the bedroom is flooded with the morning light. And maybe a wall clock would be helpful for telling the time instead of having to keep using your phone.

Good location, tasty breakfast and kind guest house staff

Rooms are not the most comfortable but quite fair for the price
