The rooms has everything you needed and was in a perfect spot for seeing all of edinburghs attractions. Breakfast was great and overall our stay was definetely worth the money

This place is operating a scam. They are aware of their conditions. This place is filthy! The most extreme and poor conditions I’ve ever experienced. After discovering the horrific amounts of mold, hair, hole in the door! And other awful conditions- they didn’t not provide a refund. I would give a negative score if I could. This is absolutely insulting that this operation would try to sell me a room. Do not bother. They know people will not stay and will just take your money. Shame on you.

The room was a great size and everything was clean. The staff were lovely and polite and even let us check In early when we asked to leave our bags. The cooked breakfast was tasty and was served quickly. One major bonus was the fan in the room, it was a hot day and night and it meant that we were able to get a great night sleep.
