Staff was very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer.

Quiant hotel tucked away in North Caicos. Great staff,Kay was very welcoming, always has a smile on her face and gave my wife and I great insight on how to maximize our experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone who prefers a quite,secluded experience.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel for a couple nights exploring North and Middle Caicos. Loved the direct beach access, yummy breakfasts brought to our room, and convenient bar/grill on site for evening dinner and drinks. Donna at the front desk was delightful and gave us helpful tips on what to see and do while on the island.

Perfect location for a full immersion in a Natural Paradise. Staff and owner extremely kind and welcoming. We needed a week of total relax and we found this little treasure. A small Spa and a small Beach Bar that serves lunch and dinners completed the experience. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

The hotel is located in a remote, quiet area. The grounds of the property were well kept. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the beds in the room. The beds and pillows are awful!! It was like sleeping on the floor with rocks as pillows. The beds were very noisy and moved with the slightest motion. I really tried to make it work. Even placing a few towels over the pillows didn’t do anything. We had 6 pillows in our room for the two full size beds and they were all the same. It was disappointing spending such wonderful days then having to come back to such uncomfortable beds at the end of the day.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach Hotel. The beach right in front of our room was our favorite spot to relax on the island. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast and the meals we purchased at the bar and grill were very good. We have no complaints and would definitely stay another week here. I would suggest reviewing the ferry schedule before booking your stay since it is the primary way to get to Middle Caicos.

Pelican Beach was a great place to stay and relax! The beach was literally at our doorstep, clean room and grounds with excellent service. Kay made our stay extra comfortable, she was prompt and friendly with any requests. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning at our requested time, which was a great perk. The Barracuda Beach Bar had good food and drinks onsite. We hope to return in the future!!

The most beautiful perfect spot on a gorgeous beach. Amazing. Lovely staff, all very kind, especially Kay. Delicious breakfasts every morning, brought to your room, different every day, terrific. The room is basic, older but clean. The location on the beach is the reason to stay here. Very peaceful.

We stayed at Pelican for 4 days, and it exceeded our expectations for an island-style beachfront hotel. We chose the "Sea Fan" suite, so can't comment on the other rooms. We found the staff to be friendly and usually efficient. Owner Donna is interesting to speak with. No problem with the pick-up from the ferry. Loved the Barracuda Beach Bar – perfectly located and provided a chance to meet some locals. The only downside is that the kitchen's menu is pretty limited. While tasty, it can seem monotonous after the first three days. (North Caicos doesn't have good supply lines.) And, yes, sandflies and mosquitos are a hazard anywhere on North Caicos, especially at dawn and dusk on windless days. Long if narrow beach is good for walking. We would go back.
