Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, Breakfast was very good

The stay was fine although room was rather small. Everything was good up to the point of leaving when i was told i hadn't paid, i did reply i have it left my bank weeks ago through hotels.com and was taken downstairs to be shown evidence this was not the case. I was really shocked, on checking the owner said oh yes you have. No apology, wont be returning.

Very clean,excellent service,and a great breakfast,but the bed was very uncomfortable,the buttons on the mattress dug in ,and the pillows were very small and lumpy.

Over priced for what it was. We had booked for en-suite, but ended up with shared bathroom. The breakfast was good

Allison was wonderful. She went out of her way to save a parking space for breakfast us during a busy bank holiday weekend in the Lake District.

Breakfast hospitality and cleanliness excellent unfortunately we found the bedroom and en-suite too small for us but that was the only downside to this property
