This property was very close to town nice walking distance 5mins, parking was an issue outside the property as spaces are limited

Great place to stay, substantial tasty breakfast, hosts friendly and attentive, happy to help. Good location, on road parking, good value.

Strict covid practice upheld to the letter. Payment process not transparent. Polite but not particularly friendly. Hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Nice breakfast.

Friendly hosts, very clean facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good location for exploring surrounding area. On street parking means it can be difficult to find a space near to the house.

Lovely, attentive hosts who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Very comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast and overall a fantastic b&b.

Property is meticulously clean but i don't think really caters for walkers. The room had a fantastic view but it was so small, there was very little space to store anything or move, about about a foot each side of the bed, including the bottom. Unsure where you would put any wet clothes or boots. Bathroom like a caravan bathroom. Previously paid a lot less and gotten much more. Also just got an uncomfortable vibe from the host. Frequent visitor to the lakes and first time I've been disappointed with a breakfast there. You also have to order the day before. Clearly mark what you want as the host messed our order twice and was funny about it. Would not stay here again and thats the first time I've said that about anywhere I've stayed in Lakes.

Room was small,but very clean. Breakfast was v good and good quality. Road outside was full of cars parked.

Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent and I felt really well taken care of. Lovely room and a great location. Will absolutely be staying here again during my next trip up to the lakes
