Everything excellent except WiFi which was using an outdated encryption which my Windows 10 netbook did not like

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the property was spotless, breakfast was first class, bed was very comfortable, nice bathroom all in all a brilliant place to stay.

The owners of Lindisfarne House were extremely accommodating and friendly, felt very welcome during my stay. Room was on the smaller side but met all my needs, so no genuine complaints. Clean and well presented. A fabulous view of the Fells from my window (I was on top floor) Full breakfast provided and included in payment which was lovely. A great location only minutes away from Keswick town and a short walk from the Lake Boat Launch but quiet and peaceful in the evening. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to go walking around Derwentwater!

Warm welcome from hosts and good breakfast with continental and hot food options to be pre-ordered the day before and served straight to your table. Double bedroom was very small, more suited for 1 person, not 2. The door to the room couldn't open fully, just enough space to walk around the bed. Very tight en-suite, having to brush past the sink to enter/exit the shower cubicle. Hot water available on morning and evening, however after a long walk on Saturday, we returned approx 14:30 for a shower before heading back out and there was no hot water. All side roads are busy for parking but plenty of spaces if you look nearby. Lovely quiet location, 5 minutes walk into Keswick High Street

The property is located very close to the centre of Keswick so ideal for visitors to the town. Everything was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Friendly proprietors Alison and Chris and the breakfasts were delicious! Thank you
