Great location. Friendly owners. Booked late but would definitely stay again.

Great warm welcome from Alison and John, I wanted to be based centrally in the lakes for a walking trip without spending a fortune and Lindisfarne ticks so many boxes. Clean, comy bed with a small TV, shower, tea / coffee facility & towels though wierdly expedia said there was neither? Room itself wasn’t very big but cant complain as its a value B&B. You aren’t getting better value really without bringing the tent over! Breakfast was fantastic for the price too, would stay again!

Squeaky clean, well decorated. Friendly staff, beautiful views. Not much room in bedroom,should have had single rather than double bed. Would definitely stay again.

The host is really friendly, the location is great, short walk into Keswick. The rooms are clean and tidy and there are options for single travellers or couples. After a big day out the breakfast the following day was just what the doctor ordered!!

Fantastic b&b run by a lovely (and very dedicated) couple - miss waking up to Alison's breakfasts! Was taken exceptionally good care of and no request was ever a bother. They were always on hand for recommendations of where to visit and the room would always be immaculately turned down by the time you got back from a long day trekking around the lakes. They clearly take great pride in their business and enjoy what they do. Would be delighted to come back here in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later!)

Excellent b&b, great location, very clean, great hosts, fabulous breakfast, comfortable bed with tea/coffee available in bedroom. Gets 5 star rating from me. Would recommend family and friends to stay there.

Everything about my short stay here was perfect. I arrived late, needed an early breakfast - this was no problem. I thoroughly recommend this place!
