Riad Turquoise

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa. Dopo aver prenotato tramite Booking, sono stata contattata su WhatsApp da un ragazzo della struttura che, con messaggi vocali, mi ha informata che non accettavano pagamenti con carta perché “il sistema non funzionava”, e che avrebbero accettato solo contanti. Ho specificato subito che preferivo pagare con carta, ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile e che, se non andava bene, potevo cancellare la prenotazione. Così ho fatto: ho cancellato immediatamente e ho prenotato un altro riad. Il problema è arrivato dopo: nonostante la cancellazione, ho trovato sul mio conto ben sei tentativi di prelievo da parte della struttura. Per fortuna non avevo convertito in dirham, quindi non sono riusciti a prendere soldi. Ho segnalato tutto a Booking, che mi ha confermato che quei tentativi non provenivano da loro (infatti nei movimenti bancari compariva chiaramente il nome della struttura). Non posso parlare del soggiorno perché non ci sono mai andata, ma posso dire che questa gestione dei pagamenti è stata scorretta e allarmante. Consiglio ai futuri ospiti di prestare molta attenzione.

The location was the best thing about the hotel and that it was kept clean.

The staff were never around when we needed someone to speak to. The breakfast was much worse than expected, it wasn’t filling at all and there were no hot options other than tea and coffee. On the final day the water stopped and we were not informed, my husband had to find the cleaning staff to find out what had happened; our check out time wasn’t extended because of the mishap so we couldn’t both get a shower in before we left.

Wij hadden een taxi gevraagd via het hotel maar helaas konden we op het moment van ophaling niemand meer bereiken. Er is uiteindelijk ook geen taxi komen opdagen.

The place I booked originally cancelled my stay so I had to book last minute. The price was more, than similar properties, but I had no choice. The Riad is very nice and comfortable. Nice rooms. The TV is basically for the interior- there is no remote control and, even though I asked for it, as well as for the light bulbs for the bedside lamps- my request was never fullfiled neither by the manager, nor by stuff. Considering the room price, about 1.5 more expensive then similar places- service could have been better.

I was used to moroccan hospitality and there was none present- felt very indifferent.

Very good location, easy to arrive near by taxi and tourist sites are close. The communication with the host was good, he always replied immediately and tried to help. The room was large and nicely decorated.

The toilet is open and has no door which is a very uncomfortable setup. The room is quite dark. Breakfast was very simple but it was similar in other places in Morocco.

L'emplacement

Tout, à fuir . Riad peu accueillant , photos très trompeuses elles doivent datées de plusieurs années. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre chambre double confort car elle n'avait rien de confortable. Mauvaise literie , lampes de chevet , tv ne fonctionnaient pas . Mauvaise évacuation dans la SDB , fuite sous la vasque présence de moisissures au plafond. La 1ere nuit nous avons eu la visite de souris présence d'excréments sous le meuble , rampant découvert le matin après que mon conjoint ai calfeutré le meuble 🤢 Nous avons demandé à la personne qui gère le petit déjeuner et le pseudo ménage de venir constater la présence d'un cafard . Elle nous a d'accord répondu que le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée puis après insistance et découverte d'un cafard a tout de Même nettoyé la SDB . Les communs , terrasses ...ne sont pas entretenues , rien à voir avec la présentation en photo, les bassins/ piscine sont froids et du coup nous avons juste dormi dans ce riad et en aucun cas pu profiter du reste . Le "pseudo gérant " n'a pas daigné judicieux de nous contacter pour voir comment se passait notre séjour. Nous avons fait une réclamation au service client en ligne dès le lendemain mais aucune réponse sous 24h et donc nous avons du rester dans ce riad pendant 3 autres nuits . En rentrant nous avons relancé le service client qui nous propose 30 euros de dédommagement car le gérant du riad malgré nos photos attestant de notre bonne foi n'a pas jugé bon de donner de suite favorable à notre demande . Notre séjour à Marrakech a en partie été gâché par notre logement car nous craignons le soir d'être dérangés par des rongeurs et autres rampants!

Need proof maintenance issues, and for some one a customers service. read information about the bathrooms, after would be less surprised (it's open plan)

Sem manutenção, café da manhã muito fraco, não tem geladeira nem mesmo para o hotel, não tem televisão funcionando, não tem chuveiro funcionando adequadamente, iluminação horrível
