The location was great!

It’s an older hotel with a lot of charm and set in a great location. The rooms were very clean and the staff are really accommodating. The buffet was good but is set for a European clientele and lacked Thai options. For the price it’s a nice choice.

Good experience and would stay here again however the cost of this hotel way over-priced so be aware Liked · Staff very friendly, hotel in good condition and located close to beach, bars and good restaurants. We had a beach facing room (Deluxe King) with a huge ultra-comfortable bed which was great. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked foods and salad bar from 7am-11am. Room tidied up daily (not cleaned) with fresh towels. Disliked · Lighting in the bathroom could be improved as my wife found it difficult for making up (small thing). Having paid way, way, way over the top for the room (Lunar New Year period) it was disappointing to have to pay an additional THB35 for one bottle of water taken by mistake from ref instead of the "free' bottle (another small thing)

Close to the beach

This Hotel is a legit spot for all activities under the sun and is still family appropriate. It has a welcoming atmosphere upon entering the hotel and the MALE staff are very informative. DONT ask the ladies to get you a taxi at this hotel, because one of them tried to screw me over as a guest/tourist. I am familiar with Pattaya and the prices for most short distances in Around Pattaya. I ASKED a staff member if she could get me a taxi to a shop literally around the block, 5 min walk at best, but I was checking out and had my bags so I wanted a taxi to take me to the tattoo shop. Instead of helping me get a good price and provide good service.. she tried to price gouge me as a toourist and she said, " um I can get a taxi for 200 Baht, is that ok? And I was like no and highly disappointed. Because before I came to this hotel I was staying at 247 Boutique on soi 11 due to no rooms being available. When I left that hotel, I asked the staff at that hotel the same question when I was checking out. NOT, only did she book me a taxi to this hotel, she also told me which app to use to get the best rates for transportation so that I dont get screwed by people like the woman at the desk of this hotel. Other than the disappointing nature of that one front desk hotel employee, I do plan to return to this Hotel again. I visit Thailand about 3 times a year and this was my first time at this Hotel. BECAUSE of its location on Beach road, breakfast buffet, alcohol/weed Bar/shop

Good location next to the beach and a lot of eateries

Highly recommend this place. I spent along while researching somewhere to stay and finally settled on this one. Before I even got there I had to change my reservation because of a flight cancellation but they were very understanding and accommodating. The location is great and its clean. The main thing is the honesty and friendliness of the day staff. On my final day I checked out, left my bags there and went for some food, on my return immediately the staff flagged me down and alerted me to the fact that id left over 10000 baht in my safe. Housekeeping had passed it immediately to the check in desk. This honesty on top of their welcoming service put the cherry on the cake. I did a lot of research before booking LK the Empress and we were not disappointed.I dont like Pattaya at all and wont return but the hotel was a lovely sanctuary from the heat and bussling streets of Pattaya.Its not exactly beach front but has views to the beach.Walking distance to everything in town,Breakfasts were amazing and something for everyone to eat.Buffet style. On arrival we were told they had upgraded us to a better room but it looked exactly as the one I had booked.Comfortable,all mod cons and very clean.My one pet peeve at this place and it loses a star for it is that they have the air conditioning units on the very small verandah where to sit to take in the view.It blows hot air all over you and there is only one chair on that balacony.We had to turn the air conditioning off to sit out there and one of us had to sit on the table. Pool was nice and clean and never crowded.A bit cold for my liking but did like watching everyone down there having a dip Reception and the other parts of the hotel are luxurious and really well maintained.Tour and taxi operator inside the hotel which we used to book a taxi back to Bangkok to catch a bus.Worked out just as cheap as anything we could find. English speaking TV channels which was a bonus,bath robes,toiletries,tea and coffee and a good working fridge and kettle I recommend this place for your stay in Pattaya.Both beach views and location location to the surrounding attraction

Nice place. Check in and out a bit slow. Balcony was so rediculasly small with no view. Overpriced for what it is.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very reliable
