Scotsman's Pack Hotel

A characterful pub with a lovely beer garden by a little stream. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to shops and cafes and the path leading up to walks up to Stanage Edge.

We stayed one night in Room 1 it was spotless a good size powerful hairdryer and toiletries x

Really comfortable and friendly pub hotel. I arrived late and had to leave fairly early and they were really kind helping to make sure I had breakfast before leaving. The room was cosy and comfortable with some nice homely touches.

Room was beautiful and we our evening meal was lovely, the pub is full of charm and character

All good, clean; friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the bar/restaurant.

Great position for exploring surrounding area

Enjoyed my stay here. Wish I’d stayed longer. Will definitely try and get back here someday.

Very cozy and nice hotel. The room was located above the pub and was well cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The breakfast in the morning was awesome and the staff were very friendly. If you arrive during the school pick up time, expect to wait for parking as people tend to use pub’s parking lot to wait for their kids.

The room was comfortable, the food excellent and ths staff were all very friendly. We would definitely go back!
