Very friendly staff. Family owned and operated. Very quiet place to relax.

This hotel is better classed as "budget" or "back-packer". The owners do their very best and are friendly and helpful but the overall condition of the building needs a lot of work. Renovations are needed but they can start by using soap and water and cleaning up the reception area: dirty dishes on the reception counter don't make a good impression; try putting away the giant can of bug spray and generally improve the cleanliness and condition of the furniture in the lobby and all public areas. The locks on the room doors do not inspire confidence and the bar fridge stops working when you remove the key: making it pretty useless to preserve food. The breakfast was very poor quality and the pool still needs to be scrubbed and filled with clean water. For the price that was charged this was a very disappointing stay. I am sorry to be so blunt as the owners are very nice and are seriously trying to make a business but I hope they are able to make a few changes: lower the price a lot! Clean up the lobby and make sure your staff are always wearing clean clothes. Organize your papers and books so that they look neat. Invest in a coat of paint. Do that and then price and advertise to budget travellers. Good luck!

The hotel is family operated. Service and friendliness of staff is excellent almost a little too intensive. Restaurant makes very good breakfast. We had also dinner at our arrival. Food was good. We were the only guests because it was late. Young apprentice waiter stood always next to table on request of his supervisor. Supervisor could let him keep a bit distance. Room and bath was very comfortable and clean. Rooms are facing pool but pol is not cleaned for swimming. We took the boat from Batambang to Siem Reap. We left before breakfast service started. Hotel gave us a lunch box with an excellent sandwich and a free remark ride to the boat. All in all we were very happy with the stay. Very recommendable accommodation.

The staff were amazingly friendly, we brought our Tea-cup Yorky Terrier with us as they said dog friendly. And they loved her. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, air conditioned, no complaints at all. (bed a little too soft for me but that's hardly a crime). Proximity to town; a 5 min walk to main road and another 10, across the river and into town. Tuk Tuks easy to get if you don't want to walk. River walks were lovely and town is charming, quiet with good bars, restaurants and cafes aplenty. Staff were great and prepared decent local food and mixed up some good cocktails, sipped appropriately by the pool. We will stay there again next time.

Staff of the hotel is very friendly and try to help us every time we ask them for information. Rooms are quite comfortable and quiet Swimming pool is large but not very well maintened and water is not clear. Breakfast isn't perfect but it could be ok. Nevertheless we appreciate our stay in Battambang and in this hôtel even if it needs to be improved !

Hotel staff were very helpful . Good breakfasts . They provided free transport to and from the bus terminal ,even sending a driver to check all bus arrival possibilities. The hotel is rustic with a certain charm. The location is away from the centre of town , but within reasonable walking distance , and there are some good dining options close by.

Nice enough hotel for the money. 30 minute walk to the city center. Didn't swim but there were a few people in the pool. staffs english is poor but the have decent breakfast and give you a sandwich when you check out. Not much going on in the city

Limited # of bungalows = never overcrowded with too many guests. Pool is really great, and it's relatively peaceful. It's a short distance away from town; bikes were available but I never used them as tuktuk or motos were always ready to take you anywhere. The main host (guy) is very helpful but he's also the only one who speak s any real fluent English (thus the 4 instead of 5 stars on hotel staff). Breakfast is decent. I wish I could have stayed longer. The private bungalow and pool was a perfect getaway.

The hotel was very attractive and welcoming. The restaurant and pool are were well positioned and both fantastic. The room was spacious and having your own private garden was very nice. Overall the cleanliness of the place was exceptional. Ratanak and his wonderful family and amazing. Whatever they need the pass it on.
