The Fishbourne - Isle of Wight

If looking from the point of British standards, the is hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, clean. The bed was extra comfortable. We liked the pub which is the must visit for dinner and is directly inside the Inn. Breakfast was the best!

The door didn’t fit properly, so it would move whenever there was any activity in the corridor. As a temporary solution, we placed a chair against it to keep it shut. Additionally, there was somebody’s nail on the table, but apart from that everything was clean

Location - excellent, staff excellent 👌, breakfast excellent! Dinner was also excellent and everything was very good value. We will definitely stay again.

A few very minor things in the room could've been slightly cleaner but really, nothing to complain about, I'm just very fussy!!

There wasn’t anything to not like

We had a warm welcome and a very clean, comfortable and large room with lovely view. Breakfast was varied and tasty and we had lunch and dinner at the hotel too which were delicious.

The Fishbourne is always a welcoming and restful place. Breakfast is particularly good. This is an attractive location, just next to the Fishbourne ferry port and with views of the Solent.

Internet signal was patchy at times.
