The Fishbourne - Isle of Wight

Dave was amazing, he kindly waited for us to arrive, welcoming us warmly to The Fishbourne. Located a stone throw from the jetty

Lovely location near the waterside, nice patio area and cosy feel to the pub. Room was nice and light and airy. Bed very comfortable and the staff really nice and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and very good quality - excellent chef who came out and chatted with us in the mornings to check everything was ok - very nice touch.

Nothing really, but would suggest spending a little in the room to touch up paint and the seal on the bath as when having a shower water got everywhere. It was a lovely room just needed that little tlc .

We enjoyed our 2 night break at the end of a hectic week with family at another side of the Island. It was peaceful, we did not have to drive anywhere, there were walks nearby and the garden was pleasant to sit in.

The food could have been better - smaller portions always look more appetising.

Lovely breakfadt, fresh fruit, pastries and cooked all lovely. Really good beds, very comfortable and I'm quite fussy

Amazing room in an amazing inn. Clean, warm, nicely decorated, friendly people in the reception and mouth watering breakfast a la carte. I will definitely come back!
