Unfriendly service. Unwilling to make a lunch packet, then changed their minds. For 2 sausage sandwiches they charged £ 12. I prepaid breakfast. However, this was not noted and so no table set for me. Wifi utterly dysfunctional.

Customer relations in general. Better infrastructure.

Hello We visited your hotel on 10/5/25. We were due to stay in room 7 . We are sad to say it was very disappointing, so much so we did not stay . The "wet room " was not a room more a shower with a toilet crammed in. There was horrendous damp around all walls of this wet room -especially in the grout. There was no facility to wash hands hence after using the toilet every person is touching the shower door and putting germs onto the door surface. There was no sink near the toilet or in the wet room. Nowhere to put a towel whilst showering - the wet room is not fit for purpose The bedroom was cold by 8pm on a very hot day- there is single glazed windows and all noise from the downstairs could be heard. The smell from the kitchen was horrendous up stairs. the food stench was awful. The decor was very dated - the bed linen was a horrible pattern and washed out . It looked like it had been re washed several million times and completely faded. The velvet cushions were dated the bed light was just a plugged in bulb The television was ridiculously small and therefore tucked away in a corner . This was a let down and due to my husbands disability we could not face staying and speaking to you in person re this. Please advise if you would be willing to provide a refund. 6 DAYS LATER, NO RESPONSE, ABOVE SENT DAY AFTER WE LEFT.

The food was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the outside bar area for early dinner drinks. The bathroom was very clean and the facilities were good. Bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful.

The only thing we would say is that our bedroom had a terrace outside with a seating area and the rooms either side of us did too, but we could not get out to ours The window was locked and not sure how you would access it, would have been nice to sit there with a cup of tea when we arrived.

The staff are super friendly and the location is excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the sunset views were amazing.
