Very friendly and family hotel! Comfortable hotel spreading, 10 minutes walk from the seaside. The room was clean with everything you need to stay. The room had a small refrigerator, tea and coffee, cookies for coffee. Hotel is very comfortable!

Friendly hosts Trev & Kim went out of their way to make us welcome. The specially cooked breakfast was simply delicious. Centrally located to all of the highlights of Torquay.

The fridge was a "wine cooler" only and perhaps should be upgrade to a small bar fridge. Not a deal breaker however!

Our hosts were amazing very professional and extremely friendly nothing was too much trouble and the little extras they provided such as homemade scones freshly prepared and a wedding anniversary card and bottle of wine for us were exceptional

Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely loads of choice. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend. What a lovely Hotel.
