Very pleasant stay. Guesthouse is quite old and a bit basic but staff is amazing and the location is superb.

The toilet was clean, the staff very friendly and a good location - near to Jonker street.

무엇보다도 관광객들이 북적이는 거리에서 살짝 떨어져있으면서도 멀지 않은 거리라 접근성과 함께 조용함을 느낄 수 있는 곳이었다. 건물과 함께 내부 시설은 조금 오래되어 고풍스러운 느낌을 주면서도 주인이 깔끔하게 관리하여 편하게 이용할 수 있었다. 나는 여행한 친구와 함께 2층에 있는 트윈베드룸을 이용했는데, 이만한 가격대에 이런 수준의 룸을 이용하는 것은 상당히 만족할만 했다. 1층의 공동사용 주방, 홀에서의 휴식, 현관 의자에서의 여유 등등 단, 한가지 아쉬웠던 부분은 공용 욕실에서 샤워를 할 때, 옷을 걸어두거나 세면도구를 올려두는 장소가 마땅치 않았다는 점이다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 성능은 최고급의 숙박시설~~

We started having a bad experience because the taxi driver let us in the address shows here in the website, its was a bad conservate place with the gate locked. We stayed there clapling and trying to get someone to open the gate for half hour till the guy who take care apear, then he explain that was the back part of the house and the entrance was in the front. SO ATTENTION, THE ADDRESS THEY GIVE IS NOT FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE, AND YOU WILL NEED TO CROSS THE QUARTER TO FIND IT. Besides that, the hostel was ok, good bed, good wifi, nothing special, its really very simple. The room have good size. Our room had fan and AC... But the ac is not so strong, so youll need both. Sometimes is quite hard to find someone in the reception and for the two nights we stayed had a really huge leaking problem in the shared bathroom... Nothing terrible, I mean, only the bathroom floor was wet all the time, but I feel terrible for all that water going to the drain day and night. Besides that the bathroom was clean, the only thing anoyed me a little is that the shower is right up the toilet, so all times you want to use the toilet you need to dry it. For a budget it worth, Have a great location and the price was not high, so I recommend it, just dont expect too much.

It was unexpectedly wonderful. The hotel is located 3 minutes away from Jonker Street, right opposite Casa Del Rio to be exact. I paid RM100.57 for 2 nights for a queen size bed room. The room was big though really basic which means theres a bed, blanket, 2pillows, a stool, 3 tier rack, fan, mirror and aircond. It is suitable for backpackers like my boyfriend and I. The environment was nice but there's only 1 staff who was available. Still, the staff was very polite and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends who can travel simple for sure. :) Cons: Bed had some ants and I have no idea where they came from as we didn't eat in the room. Some guests were noisy at about 2-3am.

Quiet, conducive for rest, and friendly service. It had everything I needed. Shared bathroom was clean and spacious too!

Location is close to Casa Del Rio (drop-off & pick-up point) and Jonker Walk. Room is comfortable and spacious with strong fan ventilating the room. Air-con is available as well. Quiet at night for a good rest. My feedback to Hotels.com - they should advise guest to enter via the back of the house (facing an open space carpark & Case Del Rio Hotel) instead of the front. Location on map wasn't accurate enough.

Simple accomondation. Helpful staff, but not very good in English. Very nice location close to china town and the city center, didn't need a taxi a all. Very good for budget travelers.
