Villa degli Ulivi

Dejlig lejlighed i fin stand med adgang til pool og tæt på strand. Rammen om et rigtigt fint ophold for os. Værterne var venlige og fleksible f.eks. i fht. sen ankomst. Dog en smule for dyrt. Nogen trafikstøj som dog kun høres fra terassen og ikke fra lejligheden.

The villa is very pretty with a small pool..the outside space is lovely.The suite had everything we needed …

It didn’t live up to expectations.. booked on the basis of other great reviews .. So we were expecting a nice breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea.. and hosts who were extremely welcoming.. Breakfast wasn’t available and although the host was friendly she wasn’t terribly helpful or welcoming.. The villa is pretty isolated and the only way to restaurants/beach etc was to walk along a busy main road with no pavements.. it felt very dangerous especially coming back at night .. There was no place to store bags which meant we had to check out at 10am and carry ours bags with us(our train back to the airport wasn’t until 6pm) so please be aware..

My second stay here, and my first since they remodeled from a B&B to independent apartments. Wonderful, friendly management, whom I have known since my first stay years ago. Beautifully outfitted apartments with every convenience; lovely pool with view overlooking the sea. Steps away from a local beach, slightly longer walk to others. A few hundred meters from train station; bus stop is near the Villa (for access to Taormina up the hill... or you can ascend the stair/path up the hill on foot, and descend as well.) Villa degli Ulivi is an excellent choice for visiting Taormina or Giardini-Naxos.

Staff was incredible, they were very friendly and accommodating location was great short walk to the station. Room was clean and comfortable had everything I needed.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about the Property.

The best of all the places I stayed during my month long trip to Italy. Lovely villa, with a pool overlooking the sea and great facilities. Beautiful room. Well situated close to Giardini Naxos and convenient for the bust to Taormina town. Rosse and Gaetano were wonderful and could not have been more helpful.

The villa is on a busy road so you have to get used to a bit of passing traffic noise.
