Location and the staff was really helpful

They could improve the cleanliness of the hotel

Its my first time to Binghamton and the hotel started my trip off right. Great person at the front desk. Clean hotel. Great room for the price. Its a Yop 10 experience.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Most of all the breakfast area staff was excellent, extremely helpful. They served exceptional breakfast, kept it hot, cleaned the dining area, and were kind and helpful. Front desk, great. Janitorial staff, great. Impressive hotel!

Everything good

We didn’t have a long stay here, but everything was good, including the breakfast buffet that was included. Pool was a bit small, as was the gym, but it was fine and clean.

Nice hotel and location.

Upon arrival, the lobby was decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The attendant who assisted us was new but very pleasant, and the gentleman overseeing her made us feel welcome by offering water and a snack. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though we did notice some strands of hair in the bathtub and sink, which was disappointing. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff were diligent in maintaining it, constantly cleaning up. However, the food selection was just okay, with not much variety. Overall, the hotel room was satisfactory for an overnight stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas.

These rooms are so nice! Like mini apartments inside. The indoor pool for open amd clean. It was very comfortable staying there with two children and my husband with an living area separated from the bedroom area. I would definitely choose to stay there again.
