The Hotel was maneuvering through a renovation quite gracefully! The promise of the brand delivered🎉

Super quiet hotel with everything you'd need in a very spacious room. Attention to detail in the bathroom and living room in regards to cleanliness could be improved, but otherwise MUCH better than other hotels in a 10 mile radius. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were either lumpy or flat. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Staff was nice

This time i paid with my points inadvance. I thought i will get the same treat. But i was wrong. When i checked IN the manager checked how i paid. As soon as he found i paid wz points he send me to the room where "" pats inroom"" one and durty not clean no extra blanket no dishes no coffe or tea dust everywhere. Moreover 2 big black Flys inside the room and towels are dark used one visible. I was so frastrated . When i came back to the frontdesck and complain the manager didn't care even and i was told tha i got what i deserve. He ment i paid by points. I m coming every month to this hotel but i never paid wz poins ever before. This was 2st time i m paying wz points and i saw how differently i was treated. This is so sadhow they treat loyal customers if you pay wz points. I kill bymyself 2 flys. And i went multiple times to the lunderyroom to get blanket which was missing in the room

I had an excellent experience with my stay. Comfort, staff were very attentive and located near my family I was visiting in Endicott.

It’s currently in the middle of renovation. Short staffed and breakfast can be better.
