Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe der Alster. Das Restaurant kann man sehr empfehlen. Das Service Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer sind nicht sehr bequem.

Beliggenheden, mulighed for parkering og restaurent på hotellet.

Der er for mørkt på gangen når man går ud af elevatoren. Det virker ikke særligt velkomment. Måske I skulle overveje at have konstant lys lige udenfor elevatoren.

Tolle Lage an der Alster. Gut geschultes, freundliches Personal. Großzügiges Zimmer, Bett bequem, 2 Arten von Kissen.

Bettdecke eingeklemmt unter Matratze. Und das jeden Nachmittag neu:-). Aber da das häufig noch Standard ist, eher zum Schmunzeln, als zum Beschweren:-)

Freundliches Personal In den obersten Stockwerken toller Blick über die Stadt

Fußbodenleisten völlig ramponiert und abgestoßen Telefonkabel hängen nutzlos herum Steckdose in der Wand ist offen, ohne Verkleidung (Alles Zimmer 904 - bisschen viele Mängel für den Preis und Anspruch des Hotels Frühstück überteuert
