Hotel Paraiso

The bathroom had a bad smell. There’s no time for guests to be quiet. We ended up in a room by the pool. People were still making noise passed midnight music was being played very loud at that time still outside. Then you had to pay a deposit to get a remote for the TV. It said that it was 200 pesos. So when I went to rent one I was told 250. So I gave 200 pesos plus 1 dollar it was written on my ticket. When I was leaving I returned it and was given back only the 200 pesos and they didn’t have a dollar to give it back. The bed did not seem clean. The sheets were stained. So there was no other place so stayed and slept a top the bed spread. Had to wear plastic shoes in the shower didn’t trust it being clean since the rest didn’t seem or smell clean. Beware don’t stay there.

Stayed at this hotel for spring break. Got in a fight with my boyfriend so they called the police on us. The police just wanted to take all our money but we couldn't get home if we gave them our money so I had to spend the night in an all cement jail. Thats fine though because the cement bed was just as comfortable as their mattresses. Do not trust these people, they know their police are corrupt and they still got us arrested for no reason.

Compare to it's nightly price it's good place to stay it's a average hotel with honest team work and manager , easy to book , comfortable ,have WiFi and close to main city St and old Port ,if you want to keep the low cost this would be best place in Town

Good value rooms with pools and real nice restaurant to boot. Bed was on the firm hard side and the electrical wiring is showing in a couple of spots but overall the rooms are spacious with a desk and chairs. I found this place close to town and a great bargain.

We booked this hotel in February because of the low price. Cons- Too far to walk to the boardwalk, although we did the first night. Not again. Also, basic hotel, although neat and clean. Pros- The price, and the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was awesome for $7 each. It also felt safe. We had little interactions with the staff, although they seemed friendly enough. We’d stay here again for the Rally next year, but if we went on a regular weekend, we’ll probably pay more to be closer to the ocean. The prices get too high during bike week for that. If not for the distance, we’d always stay here. It’s worth the money.
