Nothing phone wasn’t working, I couldn’t take a shower going to a wedding and they didn’t have cold water at all, not fridge at all

Everything was Ok.

The main door had a terrible noise when opening you can hear it in distance and I did let the maintenance and office but did not do anything about it.

Really clean rooms

I had issues with them getting to fix the tv in my room they charge 200 pesos for a remote for the tv and the tv doesn’t even work I literally called them one day twice and the maintenance guy never showed up. I called them the next day and the guy showed up but he said the cable box didn’t worked, went for another one to change it, changed it and that one didn’t work so he left the room and stated he was going to come back with another cable box that worked and never showed up again😡

Customer service was great and the hotel was clean and we felt safe and comfortable

No complaint

The food was very very good. The hours of the restaurant were great. The location was very centric. I could go to various places at a very low distance. I could even walk to them. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

The cleaners could have been better. The sheets had stains, the bathroom sink had face hairs of someone had shaved there and left hair all over it. The side of the bed had a spring out that I had hurted my leg. And the worst was that too early in the morning the construction worker were making too much noise that we couldn't sleep in.

the room was not clean, and smelled. tv was to small, no tv control remote , and the pool was dirty that one on the north side.
