"Ricky at the front desk, for the win!"

If you want energy and some of the best customer service that hotels can offer... Come and see Ricky the operations manager (or assistant ops manager, I am unsure). I just watched him in action and he was most impressive. Outstanding customer service provided to a line of customers who all had unique needs and questions. Hotel is clean, nice, and offers lots of amenities.

I have stayed at this property a few times. I recently made a reservation but it was for the wrong dates. I immediatly tried to remedy the situation, and the hotel refused to refund my money. There have been other times I had reservations and didn't use the room, nor ask for a refund. This ONE time I asked and they wouldn't give one. Very disappointed.

"Great place to stay"

Great place to stay. I can recommend this place to everyone. Excellent customer service, clean room and very pleasant staff. They were able to get me into the hotel after another hotel messed up our confirmed reservation. I have stay at this Residence Inn a number of times. I have always been very satisfied with it. It is a great place to stay and ideally located.

Did not have a safe to store valuables. Noisy area with trains blowing their horn at all hours of the day and night. Limited breakfast hours weekdays ending at 9:00AM. Need to update its appearance.

"Nice stay while in town for a wedding"

We enjoyed the suite style room and two bedrooms. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

No housekeeping came, and it was disappointing.

"Horrible Location"

The location is bad. Surrounded by roads/highway with high traffic. Views on the Costco. The noice of our neighbors’ AC was almost unbearable at night. Breakfast (complimentary) was very basic. Will never go back (especially with the price charged!).
