Dolphin Suites & Wellness Curacao

A localização é boa para quem quer ficar mais próximo ao centro da cidade, mas longe da área muito movimentada. O ambiente externo do hotel é bonito, geralmente frequentado por famílias. As funcionárias do período diurno foram prestativas e se esforçaram para nos atender e entender nosso idioma. Principalmente a moça que usa aplique rosa nos cabelos, infelizmente não me lembro do nome e na nossa saída ela não estava na recepção.

A limpeza, nem sei se posso dizer que foi feita. O hotel usa o conceito de sustentável e por isso supostamente limpa os quartos de dois em dois dias. Ficamos oito noites e o banheiro nunca foi adequadamente limpo. Foram feitas limpezas superficiais e somente porque solicitamos. A limpeza era basicamente recolher lixo e trocar as toalhas, o banheiro cheirando mal por falta de limpeza. O chão do quarto grudento de sujeira. Não houve reposição de shampoo, sabonete, café e sabão da máquina de lavar louça. Sempre que precisamos, tínhamos que solicitar e as cápsulas de café, disseram que não tinham para repor. Os funcionários, com excessão de uma moça que estava em uma das noites e foi bem prestativa, os demais não são prestativos, não são simpáticos e não se esforçam para nos entender. Estávamos em família e reservamos 4 quartos, todos tiveram a mesma opinião em relação aos apontamentos acima.

This is the second time this year my girlfriend and I stayed here and we love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and fun. The cafe food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and the cafe and pool area are beautiful and serene.

I loved staying here because it was right across the street from Mambo Beach so it was very convenient. I also loved the amazing staff and service. Chantal and Leanne were always so sweet and helpful no matter how much I bothered them. The property itself was nice. My room was like a mini apartment. I was close to the pool so it was a bit noisy with the families swimming, but there was a private pool on the other side that stayed quiet. My door was broken and safe wasn’t working, but Chantal And Leann made sure to check in and get those things taken care of right away. Thank you to the maintenance man and the cleaning ladies for fixing issues and always making sure the room was cleaned and restored with towels. There was also a store near by with necessities and souvenirs. Shout out to Rachel for the wonderful massage. ♥️ I loved it here. Only thing would be the restaurant that’s apart of the hotel closes early :(

If you are looking for a great, smaller hotel in Mambo Beach, then Dolphin Suites and Wellness is a great choice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are lovely. The hotel is conveniently located across from Mambo Beach and is easily walkable to the beach and all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife there. The suites in the new wing are terrific, almost apartment-sized with big covered balconies. We found everything convenient and well-planned, from the kitchenette area, comfortable beds, soft lighting, and the numerous outlets. The entire property is accessible, but can be appreciated by all. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, terrific location, comfortable beds, and great spacious rooms. Highly recommended if you're looking for a smaller place near Mambo Beach.
