Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel Dolphin Suites in Curaçao. Die Lage ist ideal: angenehm ruhig, sodass man wunderbar entspannen kann, aber trotzdem ist alles schnell erreichbar – Restaurants, Strand und auch die Innenstadt sind gut zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Frische Strandtücher stehen jeden Tag zur Verfügung, ebenso wie Eintrittskarten für den wunderschönen Madero Beach Club – ein tolles Extra! Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und durchdacht, sodass man sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das kleine Café direkt beim Hotel. Dort kann man in entspannter Atmosphäre leckere Snacks und Getränke genießen – perfekt für ein entspanntes Frühstück oder einen Drink am Nachmittag. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Man bekommt sehr viel von den Nachbarzimmern mit – Gespräche, Türen, Schritte – und auch die Geräusche von draußen, insbesondere von der Straße, sind deutlich zu hören. Gerade nachts war das sehr störend und hat die Erholung stark beeinträchtigt. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert oder Ruhe sucht, wird es hier schwer haben, wirklich zu entspannen.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful and very spacious. Everything appeared to be new and well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff would change our towels every 2 days, and a do a deep clean every 4 days, which we found was very appropriate. There was parking available for our rented car, the pool and facilities were exceptional, and the free yoga class offered once a week was fantastic. Take it if you have a chance! We appreciated the free beach chairs and access to Mambo Beach... a great plus to this hotel stay. There is also a walking trail behind the hotel that takes you to the next town Jan Thiel... we walked halfway and the views along the coast are spectacular. The front desk staff (Charlize, Leanne, Chantal) were very friendly, attentive and helpful, and made you feel very welcome. I would definitely come back to this hotel, and recommend it to anyone looking for great value at walking distance to the beach.

I just stayed at your establishment. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We both loved the property very much. The room was clean, nice and cool and fit our needs. There was a small issue with water condensation in the bathroom above the toilet. I spoke to the front desk attendant and after asking three times someone came up to look at it. He came in and checked the ceiling which had water build up and was brown from continued water saturation in the area. He stated that it was water condensation from the air conditioning system. The good thing is that after he looked at it the water stopped leaking. Not sure if he fixed it or not. The other issue I had was the parking. There were approximately 12 to 15 spots allocated for hotel guests which were always taken. My wife and I rented a vehicle so we were out exploring Curacao every day. When we would come back there we no spots so we were directed by the security guard at the booth to park in the big lot and we were charged $3.00 US. He told us we would get reimbursed by the hotel. I found this to be extremely annoying because the hotel front desk attendant gave me a placard to put in my vehicle stating I am a hotel guest. I really hope they can do something better with this system. Other than that, we loved the resort and the wonderful employees that work there. They were all very pleasant, respectful and hospitable. I am definitely coming back to stay at the Dolphin Suites and Wellness resort again.

Property itself was good and easy to reach, staff was friendly, the restaurant on the property is very good. Beds could be more comfortable and the pillows could be normal pillows.

The place was very cozy and the staff was very friendly. We didn't have a parking pass, so we had to pay for each day.

The place and premises are good. Parking space is limited to few vehicles. They did not clean the room every day, I was told that they usually clean every other day, however garbage in toilet remained since Tuesday we arrived until Friday I personally took it out and delivered to reception. Restaurant is good, I had an excellent coffee and portions were enough.
