Location, bar, food, comfortable room and good breakfast

Heating in the room not working, shower leaking up to the ceiling and all over the floor.

Lovely place to stay. Excellent food, really enjoyed the set menu & breakfast. Beautiful room, very comfortable. Staff very helpful, took the time to show us up to our room & explain how everything worked. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful room. The food was excellent, we had lunch & breakfast there. Lots of lovely different areas to sit in in the pub/restaurant. Receptionist took the time to actually take us up to our room & show us how everything worked.

Tricky to get into the carpark as there was a barrier that you needed a code for & it took a while to get a response from reception to obtain the code

What a delightful place could not have been happier staf was professional and polite

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. I had a breakfast nap and a fantastic pastry after with a latte. Room exceeded our expectations, spacious, clean, size, and decor was fantastic. Lovely little town and right beside the train station which was very handy. Staff were very polite and helpful with directions to help me get to places I wanted to go in central London.

The staff who were manning the bar in the evening. Had to persuade them to let us have a drink at 10.20pm when we returned as we were guests.
