the room was clean and very comfortable. breakfast was amazing and the staff all friendly and helpful

Good location bedroom comfortable

My wife and I mid seventies all Stairs and uneven floors leaving was told one could have an easier route lift but not to dining room Breakfast poor and not enough stall On Sunday. Food not automatically replenished.

Very regal in a beautiful location right opposite Hampton Court Palace we also got a free upgrade to our room and had a very nice library a very nice restaurant and the food was good

Yes, we did get an upgrade, but I’ll was opposite a wedding venue was going on so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast portions could be a bit bigger

Breakfast was fine with limited choice but adequate Location for Hampton Court and easy access to local pubs and restaurants

The hotel was more like an active construction site with activities going on throughout the property including laquer work which has an intense fume which in and around F&B areas is a no. Management indifferent to guest experience no hello can we help just getting on with the refurbishment Restaurant dep mgr at breakfast doing his best

Lots of stairs and lots of levels as it’s an old building

The room was fantastic, it had a big four poster bed the wife could have done with a ladder to get in. Ideal place to stay when visiting Hampton court as it's directly opposite.

Nothing, wished we were stopping longer.

Had a delicious lunch at the Mitre this bank holiday weekend! The staff were very attentive and our server Tommy made our experience smooth sailing. A perfect location on the river, will have to come back and stay!
