Superb location right across from Hampton Palace. Lovely antique stores in the area too

The area is very busy with cars but did not hear traffic in my room

Hotel má výbornú polohu, blízko vlakovej stanice, cca 30 minút na stanicu Waterloo. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Pán z recepcie nám veľmi pomohol pri probléme s taxíkom v skorých ranných hodinách. Pobyt v hotely bol na 1.

Très bel hôtel. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Établissement proche du château. Restauration très bonne.

We have stayed at numerous hotels, the Mitre is at the top of our favorite list. As soon as we arrived we were greeted at reception by Alina who was very professional. She organised our tickets for the Palace and ensured we were comfortable waiting for the tickets to be produced. The room was very large, clean and quiet. Staff in all areas produced first class and a high standard of service in particular the 1665 and the breakfast room. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were excellent We will be back!

Det ville være rart med en mulighed for at skrue ned for håndklædevarmeren på badeværelset eller at slukke den.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff in an amazing location. We had dinner on the first night and afternoon tea on the second day. Food was tasty on both occasions with service prompt but unhurried. The welcome drink ( Burgundy) and nightcap in the library (Madeira) were both delicious. Breakfast was well laid out with a good supply of yoghurt and cereals. The hot breakfast was a little minimal (only 5 items) although there did seem to be some sort of 'secret menu' which those in the know could request, perhaps items from the room service breakfast menu which was much more lavish. We had a lovely stay and would certainly visit again.
