Just WOW!! This place is unbelievable! I could never afford anything like this at home so this was a real treat for me The staff were genuinely so nice and caring it was a fake they gave you peace to enjoy yourself not trying to sell you excursions Free yoga session every morning and free meditation in the evening and a great gym Food was amazing! Room was amazing! I really liked that you could easily walk to the road of you wanted and grab a tuk tuk into Kollam which I really enjoyed doing

The only thing I would change is water in glass bottles Too much Plastic waste And I would like if not just this hotel but all of the accommodationa around the backwaters made a commitment to help make it clean because once it's destroyed there will be no tourists

Friendly staff. The Heritage Suite is amazing, spacious with breathtaking views of the Lake.

Breakfast buffet was not to our expectations from a Leela hotel. Coffee was extremely disappointing.

My mother and I had such a wonderful experience during our stay. From the airport pickup all the way to the drop‑off at the end, everything was smooth, comfortable, and handled with so much care. The reception team, the restaurant staff, in‑room dining, laundry, the security team, and the hotel’s drivers — everyone treated us with genuine warmth. No matter where we went, we were always greeted with a smile, and that made such a difference. Our visits to Kollam city, Munroe Island, and Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple were all arranged beautifully, and the drivers took great care of us throughout. What meant the most to me was how kindly my mother was looked after. The attention, patience, and respect shown to her were exceptional, and I’m truly grateful for that. A very special thank you to Fanana, Joel, Thasleema, Lenin, Shrikanth, Biju, Vipin, Ajinsha, Junaid, Jeevan, Vineet, and Rejith. Each one of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We loved every moment and will definitely be visiting again.
