Very good staff all round, all happy to help and serve.

Gym has portable ac only, which is sadly removed occasionally. Food is good quality but repetitive if staying for long period of time. The location on the lake is great but there is not much around the hotel to walk around

We booked a heritage suite, which was excellent.

Food was lukewarm on the buffet, cold in some instances. Was charged for coffee at dinner, despite being half board. Loungers by the pool were very old, torn and filthy. Pool area was dirty, old band aid plasters lying around etc. Pool lad hid away and everything seemed a problem for him, no welcome or offer of towels from him. Had no use of the pool one day as it was taken over for a company team building event. Location is nice if you are happy to stay in the hotel, there is nothing in the area around the hotel.

Excellent customer service/ Very satisfying dinner & breakfast/ Serene surroundings/ Complimentary sunset cruise and tea party. Spa was excellent. Dr Pooja is exceptional. Ambience at the hotel was great and so was the pipe music of tradional Indian classics. Bar area was great.

Complicated TV operation. The IT guy had to be called twice to get connected to YouTube. They managed it temporarily but failed time after time. The toilet seat (ring) was loose. It was moving up and down. Dirty carpets in the room and other areas of the hotel. A door panel between the bedroom and the jaccuzi would be nice for privacy. Please remember, not all guests are partners. Half an hour sunset cruise is very short, please consider offering an hour of cruise.

Excellent ambience. The view of Lakeview was beautiful. There is a free boat ride you can take arranged by hotel. The staff were cordial and welcoming. Breakfast was good and had lot of options. An excellent experience.

The toilet flush was spraying water on the floor. The walls had the plaster falling off and it was on the floor. Some regular maintanence would make this place perfect.

It is a beautiful property and convenient location when we visit Kollam. Leela has done some upgrades. The infinity pool looks nice.

Each room is different and it could be hit or miss.
