Friendliness of the staff. Despite obvious shortcomings in the assurances made by reservation and the lack of the boat facility at the right time, they did their best to smile and help as much as they could

I did not ask for an upgrade from a King Room to the Palace. Having done that, you should have had a boat ready for us and our guests to cross over the Palace. Food delivery to the Palace takes over an hour. Why move me from the main hotel if you cannot serve me at the Palace?
