Palm Hotel Manila

Nothing good to write. All I can say is not good.

The doorman didn't even open the door for me when entering the hotel half the time. Too busy BSing with other hotel staff to be bothered. The room was ok, had a couple cockroaches but nothing spectacular. The water pressure in the shower sucked. In order to get the room made up, had to ask everytime. But, the location was great, right across from an awesome Korean restaurant and the Robinson plaza mall, and smack between the Mabini and Malate cowboy Grill party areas.

Hotel is located across the street from Robinsons Mall so you can get mostly anything you need. Post office is nearby as well. It is located close to Amazonia club, within walking distance. Their guest policy is accommodating. Definitely my choice for staying in Malate. For this trip, my room was on the 10th floor with a window facing towards the bay, so some street noise but not too bad.

Its a nice hotel close to the mall. Maybe not a 5 star but a great hotel for the money. I have tried a few other hotels similar price range and none was as good as the palm plaza. I have stayed at the palm plaza many times and always enjoy my stay there.

Overall, room is ok but smell of fresh gas or paint inside the room

I've stayed in this hotel on several occasions. WiFi is slow, cable signal on TV was ok at best. The facility is aging and needs upgrades. Location in convenient but there are many hotels nearby as alternatives.

Nice staff but sketchy hotel!

Ad pictures are different from the actual room, small for 2 person, no shampoo or even basic peraonal things unlike other same standard hotel. This hotel will reap you're money off

the desk staff were very rude - even in their own dialect to the local people they were abrupt, rude and each told various information. they ask for a thousand peso deposit [this was refunded when we checked out] just be aware they will demand that deposit and a few signatures [rude staff] the other staff were very helpful and friendly. our first room was very noisy after dark as robinson's was across the street. or room was on the 8th floor but every horn honk every muffler less car & bike echoed in our room. [in the day hours it was fine] the bed was hard - hard - hard the room was small and dirty. the bathroom was designed well, but dirty. they painted the grout Green to hide the mold [up high was clean green, lower was grimy mold covered green] our send night was better on the 7th floor - the beds were not as hard and the room clean "er" the bathroom designed well and better to use with less mold and dirt. it was quieter with a view of the apartments. but quiet. :) the AC was cold. . . thankfully our preferred hotel had an opening and we left plams

Close to restaurants and shopping. Very convenient.
