need shower mat and the shower curtain should be long enough to prevent shower water from going over to the sink area.

just another hotel in ermita, nothing special, cant really recommend it, too run down for the price they are charging,

Had stayed in Palm Plaza many times as it has always been my choice hotel. But my last stay was not good. Room was not that clean upon checking. There is no face towel. Shower head clogged and the tube attached to it is leaking. The water pressure was super super low. While shower, water stopped. Aircon leaked to the maximum. Call housekeeping and the technician came and say aircon is alright. Although pointed out to him that water is dripping and pooling on the floor. He just say later housekeeping will come and wipe it. Housekeeping came and wipe and left two towels under the aircon unit. In the morning the two towels were soaking wet and even oozing out water. Unless they do an upgrade. I will never return there. The place is run down. Have never left a comment this long before.

Upon entering the lobby I was warmly greeted and my bags were staged for delivery to the room. The desk was staffed with three or four helpful associates who were cheerful, calm, and friendly. My room was ready, the mini-refrigerator was cold, and everything in good working order.

In-room wifi was woeful, the lobby wifi was better, the breakfast was very ordinary as only had limited choice with large serve of rice, not great 4 a westerner

Earlier check-in ever as early as 7am.. only just to give deposit but it can be refundable..

My stay in this hotel is good. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Room service is good. Great selection of foods and most are good. Their free wifi is fast, I even try to run a speed test and its 3x faster than my pocket wifi but in some other reason it disconnects to my device once in awhile even if I'm just in my room. Shower is not strong in my room on the 6th floor.

The room has roaches and the shower was not working properly. No free coffee in the room. When i was checking out i was told to wait at the lobby and they called me asking for missing cutlery (spoon to stir coffee) in the room. i went back to the room to find the missing spoon and i found it in the trash can. I accidentally threw it in the garbage together with my take-out coffee cup. There was a couple before me when i checked out and they just gave their key card to the counter and left which is normal for every guest to do. Never in my stay in a hotel that i got this kind of treatment. I was totally shocked and felt offended. The roaches were coming out in the washroom. First time that i have experienced as a guest to be treated like this.

The Hotel staff always worked with me to accomplish the task I wanted to do there.
