Request for even # rooms. The street outside from the odd # rooms are very moisy

The hotel is undergoing some renovation. I've been staying here each time I have a lay over in Manila because it is close to a mall. Last stayed here a few years ago and it looks the same. The rooms are the same. New bath towels and sheets would be a nice change. It has an electric kettle but no tea or coffee.

Experience a problem with the window. It can't be lock.

I stayed for 10 days while visiting family. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, room was changed every day. The only problem was water pressure in the shower but maybe that was because we were on the top (10th) floor. I mentioned it to one of the room service supervisors but nothing changed. It could also be an old water heater in the shower but that worked very well for heating the shower water. The a/c is an older type with cooling control knobs, not digital so hard to regulate room temps. Overall, it’s not a 5 star hotel but you are not paying 5 star rates either. Step out the door and away from the hotel and people are begging for money or trying to sell you something. But make across the street to the 24 hour Macdonald’s or into Robinson’s Mall and you are ok. I liked the hotel and will stay again, but hopefully a lower floor with better water pressure in the shower.

Good room. But there are small cockroach in some area in the room.

Nice hotel but noisy area

The hotel needs some updating on floors and washrooms, beddings. Cockroaches are not acceptable. Staff services are great.
