部屋環境、設備環境として、早朝までに及ぶ近隣施設からの音楽やインターネット速度の問題、またシャワーのお湯圧などが満足のいくものではない。 多くのスタッフ達は笑顔で、問題は発生するが、対応しようとする姿勢が良い。ただ直っていないものを直った、などの言い訳はいらないので素直にいつまでにどうするのかをしっかり出来れば良いと思います。 朝食は品数が少ないこと、毎日のバリエーションが少ない為、長期では飽きてきます。また時間帯によっては全くない状態もありました。 ジムは狭い部屋の一室に機材をちょろっと置いているだけなので、ジムとは言えません。 ランドリーマシーンはなく、ランドリーサービスのみで、価格的に近くのクリーニング屋に出す方が圧倒的に安いです。

隣接するレストランの生バンドが深夜3時頃まで大音量で演奏しておりうるさい。 宿泊階の給湯設備が故障し、1週間お湯が使えず水シャワーであった。 ベッドメイク等毎日あるが、ベットで時間を過ごすと脚や身体に複数の赤みを発症する。 恐らくダニに噛まれているものと思われる。 汗や皮脂といった匂いが寝具に染み付いており臭い。

Location

Property could have been taken care better. But for the amount paid, it did the job. Staff were friendly enough but I have not been disappointed with Indonesian hospitality

To Booking.com. Room Hotel is so bad. Very dirty bed shed, dirty toilet, no paper, no soap. The hotel doesn't anything look like on your web pictures Very disappointed. We moved to other hotel at the time we checked in. Please regularly check the hotels that your hosting. Thank you.
