"I will never come back again"

The only reason I have chosen this hotel, it's close to the place where I should go next day.

There was anything to like: no soap, no hot water, a lot of back hair in the bathroom, bedding was very old with spots. The breakfast starts at 7 am, but when I came to the restaurant at 7.20 all food was already finished and no-one renewed it, so I just drink coffee with bread. Plus they had renovation that was going on 24 hours. I won't stay there again.

Cleanliness and staff were excellent.

There is a dead or dying tree in the lobby. Very unsightly. Please revive it or replace it with a water feature for a more zen-like aura.
