"Good location, the facilities are so bad."

Location is good, quite convenient. Price is quite good considering the location, there is also a 24-hours cafe

Room wall is peeling. There are bugs inside the room. hot water is not working at all. Water Closet is shaking. There is a renovation I wasn't informed until I checked in. The worst part is, there is a fogging happening when I was staying, and I wasnt informed beforehand.

The staff are friendly, but the standard of cleanliness is extremely disappointing. If you’re going to stay there, I recommend you take your own towels. The hotel is located on a back street and the atmosphere is extremely busy and smelly with open drains of stagnant water

everything is good, but it just during my stay there's some renovation work just beside my rooms and it happen since morning to night.. while i was there for my staycation era's so it's quite annoying, but for other such room condition and facilities.. it's all great. thansk
