The location, sky bar, balkony

The owners should really take more care about the cleaniness. I know that the toilet and sino was old, but they were not cleaned. Really, please consider it. The couch had also some stains..

I like the location near the mall and LRT. The staff are very patient and good.

There is no hot water for shower, no slippers in the room.

"I don't want to go back there anymore"

The receptionist gave me the room next to the working people at the hotel,they were renovating something in the hotel and it was very loud en noisy ,the room was not clean and smell so bad from the wall paint.So I asked her to give me another room from the phone but she refused it. I saw the only place that they were working at that time on monday, 9 June 2025 was next to my room ,not at the whole hotel)I went downstairs to see the manager ,the Manager was not even showing off,after some discussion finally the receptionist gave me another room,but I won't go back there anymore,I'm not satisfy with the service.
