My stay at Rasuna Icon Hotel was very disappointing. There is major construction happening inside the hotel, and the noise continues until the afternoon, making it impossible to rest. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling with my baby, who could not sleep because of the constant drilling and banging. Honestly, the hotel should not have opened for bookings before completing the construction, as it completely ruins the comfort and purpose of staying in a hotel. Until the work is done, I cannot recommend this property to anyone, especially families or guests who expect peace and rest. 😓

Erg verouderd, wel bezig met renoveren. Kamers waren echt aan vernieuwing toe. Het beddengoed was niet fris meer en de schoonmaak was ook niet zo best.

The best part was the cleaning. They cleaned the rooms every day and always kept the stash of bottles of water, coffee, and tea fully stocked.

The only bad thing I found during my stay at the hotel was the noise from construction inside and outside the hotel.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was simple but good quality, the room design was also nice, I really liked the integration of greenery in the overall design, and the location was good.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand. Workers were passing by our window, which was uncomfortable. We had also requested a large bed or a double bed a few days before check in since we were a couple, but without any notice, we were given a twin bed instead. When we asked, they explained that other rooms were full. They did offer to change our room to one with a large bed the next day, but since we were only staying for two nights, it didn’t seem worth moving again. Strangely, there was no hand soap or any kind of soap provided in the toilet, and when we asked, they simply said they don’t have it and don’t provide it.
