I really like the friendly staff

The mattress or spring bed wasn't comfortable.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was simple but good quality, the room design was also nice, I really liked the integration of greenery in the overall design, and the location was good.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand. Workers were passing by our window, which was uncomfortable. We had also requested a large bed or a double bed a few days before check in since we were a couple, but without any notice, we were given a twin bed instead. When we asked, they explained that other rooms were full. They did offer to change our room to one with a large bed the next day, but since we were only staying for two nights, it didn’t seem worth moving again. Strangely, there was no hand soap or any kind of soap provided in the toilet, and when we asked, they simply said they don’t have it and don’t provide it.

Location was perfect. Close to LRT and bus station

Gym was close during renovation

Their employees are kind, polite and very helpful. They will help you feel comfortable during your stay. The breakfast with the Indonesian cuisine, with fresh fruit. The location is just 400m away from the Bus station. There are groceries around and Malls that you can go by feet.

Upgrade the gym 😄

Big rooms

The most dirty hotel I saw. The cleaning team should be changed. They don’t know what is Bayclin (chlorine). I couldn’t touch the teapot. The curtains was sooo dirty, I was crying. I bought chlorine myself and cleaned my room as my big family was too tired and lazy to move. (((

It was cheap

Breakfast, facilities were old and not well maintained, my room was on the ground floor, so there was no view from the window

Room picture is not true. bed window doesn't exist. window near door is wall. Hair dryer doesn't deliver even though we request it.
