"Ok"

Host Joy was lovely, had made Lemon drizzle cake for us. WiFi brilliant, one of main let downs was the wet room/bathroom floor which had ceramic tiles, as soon as they got wet, it was like a skating rink and became dangerously slippery, also bathroom lock was a bolt, which if an accident happened in the bathroom, the door would have to be broken into. Conservatory needs some attention, roof letting in water and sagging.

The size of rooms, size of bed, peaceful location, Lemon.cake on arrival. Conservatory Local walks.

Mattress was too hard. The narrow country lane to get there.

"Great place to stay"

The holiday home was very comfortable, spacious for 2 people, and well equipped to cater for short break/getaway. It was in very quiet, peacful location, Wi-Fi was good and easy to set up. Bed was very comfortable 😌 The owners,Joy, made us feel very comfortable and even made us a Lemon Drizzle cake for when we arrived. Rob was very knowledgeable of the area. Good stroll into village of Botesdale for evening meal at the Greyhound was absolutely delicious 😋

There was nothing to dislike, would recommend

"Highly recommend"

Absolutely lovely, more spacious than we thought, great size for a couple. Good facilities and wanted for nothing. Freezer as well for our freezer blocks which was good. Lovely conservatory to sit in to enjoy the garden. Will be planning to return next year.

"Lovely hosts of a lovely place"

The Catkins is my favourite place to stay when I’m working in the area. It’s my home from home. I recommend going for a walk in the lanes at night to look at the stars ✨
