Amazing stay

Beatiful view from ocean and sunset rooms! Very nice and helpful people! Super nice spa! We enjoyed much the swimingpool with cool music! The suit for 4 poeple was perfect !

The view from the restaurant is a little disepointing.

The restaurant staff were excellent - very efficient and friendly!

Nothing to criticise, this is a new, stylish hotel.

Not a great location. Showers didn’t work. Aircon leaked constantly and was very difficult to set temp.

Clean, airy and open apartments. We loved the incredible views and we had the most comfortable couch! Lots of storage space, kitchenette and nice sized balcony. The TV is handy as can be seen from the couch and the bed. The pool was one of the best features with infinity views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, open late which was perfect as we could come from the beach and then use the pool in the evening. Food was decent at the hotel and staff were lovely. There is a shuttle service to the beach which is useful as taxis are very expensive! It’s more economical to rent a bike if you can.

It is a busy hotel with lots of families and children, so not the most ideal for couples, but it is acceptable. The biggest thing that affected our overall enjoyment was the poor shower. The pressure was horrible and it was either scalding and boiling hot or too cool, you could never get the right temperature. An engineer came to look at this but it didn’t make any difference and it seems all the rooms have the same issue. Compared to the rest of the apartment the size of the bathroom was tiny. In addition the bed was quite hard and not very comfortable and the duvet was shedding fluff/feathers. The shuttle service stops at 4pm which is very early. Lastly there is no lift so just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Most of the apartments are very similar apart from the corner rooms which I believe has a slightly bigger living space.

The view is amazing. The service is also beyond expectation. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Breakfast has limited choices and not so good. Bathroom has glass door.

The dining area staff were great. Food was great. Pool was great. Nice to chat with the Marc the GM.
