terrible service at front desk, room itself smelt old and musty, pool was going green, one word ....avoid!

Super friendly Employees, Room Size, Everything was clean, Very nice Pool, Very practical that you can rent the scooters directly at the hotel

Breakfast - Selection too small, you have to pay extra for extras

Lovely pool, very clean surroundings and accommodation.

The drinks to the pool took forever to be served and the Aircon in our unit was so disturbingly loud at night that we had to move to the living room sofa, but the fan didn’t work without lights being on. So sleepless night for us.

Taxi soooooo expensive more then Paris London and japan u need pay a lot for ugly taxis drivers in Samui

Modern, close enough to walk to restaurants and cool beach bars. Different hardness of pillows on the bed. Sofa was so comfortable and great to laze around on. The staff were incredible

No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels Aircon takes a while to cool the entire room No dish liquid in the kitchen.

Nice and modern rooms, great balcony with seating area with a great view. Beautiful infinity pool. Scooter rental in the hotel (you need one to get to the store/restaurant). Breakfast was nice most of the time. Beautiful location.

Unfortunately, the bed was rather uncomfortable and hard, the sockets were loose so charging our phones turned out to he more difficult than it should be. Breakfast is nice (it's a la carte) but not that much. One thing that bothered us (and we booked this hotel as one of our more luxurious stays) was that it's not that clean. The bathroom had stains on the faucet, the toilet with hose didn't seem very clean and the doorse etc. had fingerprints on them. No clean towels one day. The shower was bad - very low pressure and no second shower head. Made it difficult to wash out longer hair. We had a good time there anyways, dont get me wrong. We just expected a bit more concerning the details like bathroom/cleanliness from a hotel that looks that fancy. The view made up for a lot of it :)

The room, facilities, location, views and staff were all excellent.
