Beautiful setting; apartment in good condition with comfortable seating.

The lighting could have been improved, particularly in the bedroom, where bedside lamps would have made it possible for my wife and I to read separately.

The fact that the condo was bare bones and what was available to use was in need of replacement.( cooking utensils). Cupboards are too tall. No plugs for sinks. Not enough towel hangers and the the one they do have was too high for me to reach. The mattress was firm, not saggy but no padding made it a hard surface to lay on. We both woke up in pain everyday. The furniture (chairs) are old and uncomfortable. To be honest there was no comfortable place to sit or lay. The kitchen lighting lacked. Could not see well enough to cook after dark. Being woke up nearly every morning by a child that I think lives there all the time. This child never talked at a normal level but yelled all the time even when talking to himself. He played under our bedroom window in the early morning and bounced a basket ball by the hour. The noise echoed off of the buildings. It made it impossible to sleep in or nap during the day. The host was a very nice man however I don’t appreciate having to listen to his loud phone business conversations every evening between 7 to 8:30 with the office window open. No one should have to talk so loud on a phone. We could hear every word. One plug in for golf carts is not enough. There was no blankets or face cloths. I am sorry but I will not recommend this condo hotel to anyone. We think it was way too expensive for what we got. Not a great holiday. 28 Days too long. Also I had to have my fiends get the keys ahead of time because our flight came in at 8:30 and we wouldn’t arrive at the condo until after 10:30. We have been coming to Puerto Aventuras for many years. This was the worst vacation for sure.
