Amazing experience loved the kind of hospitality we received from Bogmallo especially from Jumngam Mam, Manju Mam, loved the customized food preparation by Azad Chef and altogether the service was mind-blowing by Deepak and Clifford , Riya . Must visit. This is our 2nd time we visited the resort everything related to housekeeping service, cleanliness, delux room and safety 100/100. Looking forward for our next visit

Wonderful resort. Maintained very hygiene. Restorent in the property was top notch. Quality of the food and quantity both are good. Special thanks to Mr. Max sir for his wonderful gesture. Mr.Max made our stay more memorable.

The booking.com 15% on food was not given despite booking the package. Seema at the reception appeared very unsure about the rooms availability for extending my stay and printed voucher for one night instead of two and asked me to come to reception again next day to extend the stay. After a colleague insisted she reprinted the 2 day voucher. The 15% food discount was not given nor informed by reception to the restaurant. Seema said I should have told the restaurant before they printed the bill which on doing so next day again the situation was same. Bad / No communication between staff and in-house restaurant.

I had booked the room for two adults and one child and the rate shown was Rs. 7350/-. But on arrival at the Resort for checkin they informed that i will have to pay an additional Rs. 2500/- . I had to pay Rs. 1500/- over and above Rs. 7350/- . The reason mentioned by the resort was that it is for child. I have booked hotels through booking.com many times in the past but this experience was unpleasant for me.
